Selfie first series

The « Selfie first » series depicts real-life situations where the importance of immortalising a moment with a selfie takes precedence over safety, urgency, education and so on. The selfie is then synonymous with a shift in vital priorities in favour of the importance of showing the extraordinary, the unusual and the « likeable ». This series in acrylic on canvas is named according to the common sense in the background: « safety next, education next, and so on.
